Florian Confiserie located in Nice just steps away from the Lympia port.
The Nice port location began as a chocolate factory ideally situated near the boats arriving from Africa and Venezuela with cocoa beans. The Florian Confiserie original site opened in 1868 at Pont-du-Loup.
Their specialty is candied fruit, crystallized flowers, chocolate with flowers, flower jams and citrus marmalades and candied rose petals.
Candied clementines are their signature creation.
The showroom is beautifully decorated.
Open every day with free tastings and free guided tours in five languages showing the processing stages of turning fresh fruits and flowers into sweet candies.
The production is seasonal. Summer is the time for violets, jasmine, verbena and rose.
