We were truly impressed with our stay at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. We have been fortunate to stay at many lovely resorts and this one stands out as being one of the best. Of course the setting is beautiful and the location is ideal but what makes a luxury hotel special are the people. The staff at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray made sure our stay was exception. All resorts should strive to achieve the near perfection in service, accommodations, food and activities that the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray has achieved.

The Room -The fantastic Deluxe Double Room with Arabian Sea View decorated in the Turkish style with a private balcony.

A special thank you to Mr Muthu Krishnan for making sure we had everything we needed and taking the time to give us a personal tour of the resort and to Jessica Wheatley for arranging the best afternoon tea at Sultan’s Lounge and the most wonderful Turkish meal at Lalezar.
Thank you also to Mohommed at the Emporium, Erich making omelets, Sarah in charge of seating at Emporium, Omur in Lalezar Turkish restaurant, the guys in the Shisha patio, Carol at Talise Ottoman Spa, the pool/beach staff who set up our chairs by the water and gave us a cooler of cold drinks and the driver of the shuttle that runs between the resort and Mall of Emirates.
Other things we liked about this resort – Tennis courts, Fitness center/ gym, Wellness program, complimentary shuttle bus to Madinat Jumeirah and the Mall of the Emirates.
If you arrive at Dubai International Airport you can stop by this welcome center for transportation to one of the Jumeirah properties.
