We visited the J&G Steakhouse and talked with Chef Jacques Qualin. This award winning restaurant has stunning views of The Phoenician resort and the city. Renovations are underway right now so the lobby and pool area along with some other areas of the resort are currently closed.
Chef Jacques has a menu which is beautifully designed to feature the finest local
ingredients.

Chilled Melon and Tomato Gazpacho was light and refreshing.
Charred Corn Ravioli with cherry tomato and basil fondue.
Marinated Prime Flat Iron Steak was cooked perfectly.
Salmon with sweet & sour carrot sauce was unique and tasty.
And the Warm Chocolate Cake with Caramel Ice Cream was pure perfection.
